I think it would have to be the most crushing intro after that kind of sample. Like the kind of thing the Aztecs would have played while they were doing the sacrifices if they listened to metal.

I just find it a shame that for all of the AWESOME anthropolical field recordings, so much has been lost to history

There are 2 mexican bands that used similar whistles and/or pipes/flutes in their music, one is EK(thrashy melodic death) and the other Xibalba(traditional Black Metal), check them out, if you can't get them just message me, as a kid I used to play with similar whistles, they were kind of popular when I was young...

I think I'm just gonna have to go to Mexico City to get one. It'd be worth it. The noisemaker sounds like an agonized scream.
